Stelliers x NORDAQ in Singapore: Our Exclusive Showcase Begins!
Last week in Singapore, Stelliers officially kicked off its exclusive showcase in collaboration with NORDAQ, Title Partner for Stelliers Asia 2025. This dinner marked the first in a regional series designed to connect NORDAQ directly with hospitality leaders across Asia – one meaningful conversation at a time.
Held in the elegant setting of Quenino by Victor Liong at Artyzen Singapore, the evening began with a cocktail reception, where key figures in the industry, Stelliers alumni – including former General Manager winner William Haandrikman – gathered alongside Stelliers and NORDAQ team members for an evening of connection and discovery.
Following a warm welcome from Stelliers Co-Founder, Stephane de Montgros, Johanna Mattsson, CEO of NORDAQ, introduced the brand’s mission: delivering premium, microfiltered water that enhances taste while eliminating the need for single-use plastic bottles – a game changer for sustainable luxury in hospitality.
Guests were then guided through an interactive blind water tasting, where they sampled NORDAQ water followed by a sip of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs Champagne, comparing the same Champagne alongside another type of water. The experience highlighted how NORDAQ’s clean, neutral profile can complement a variety of flavour profiles, and a reminder of the important role water plays in the overall dining experience.
