Stelliers x NORDAQ: Our Exclusive Showcase Continues in Manila
Following the successful debut in Singapore, the Stelliers x NORDAQ Exclusive Showcase made its next stop in Manila, continuing on our mission to connect NORDAQ – Title Partner for Stelliers Asia 2025 – with the region’s leading hospitality decision-makers.
Held in an intimate private setting of NOBU at City of Dreams, Manila, the evening followed the same signature format: a relaxed cocktail reception followed by a seated dinner designed to spark genuine connection and conversation. Among those in attendance were esteemed hospitality leaders and Stelliers alumni, including former Sommelier winner Eugene Tan.
Once again, guests were invited to participate in a blind water tasting to showcase how NORDAQ’s water purity enhances flavour, allowing the true profiles of both the evening’s Ruinart Blanc de Blanc Champagne and dinner pairings.
