Based on the application and testimonials submitted, the judges look at what the candidates have accomplished for their team and hotel and whether the candidates have gone above and beyond to help achieve the team’s collective goals. Additionally, the judges consider the candidates’ leadership and problem-solving skills as well as their passion for the hospitality industry.
