Step 3: Complete the Application Form Online

Applicants will be asked to provide:

• Candidate Photo (please ensure these are high-resolution)

• Career Background

• Achievements (3-5 examples from the past 12 months)

• Examples of Exceeding Expectations (at least 3 examples)

• Testimonials (from a colleague, manager and General Manager or direct report above)
