The next stage of the Stelliers journey now begins. Being named a finalist is a meaningful achievement - one that recognises the dedication, expertise and impact each individual brings to hospitality across the region.
So what comes next?
Finalists Interviews
Over the coming days, the Stelliers team will contact each finalist to arrange a virtual interview.
This is an opportunity for finalists to share their story in greater depth: the achievements that have shaped their journey, the values that guide their work and the approach to leadership that sets them apart.
Interviews will be conducted in English and Mandarin.
Sessions will be recorded and transcribed for review by the judging panel.
General Manager and Corporate Hotelier finalists will take part in an in-person interview with the full judging panel in Shanghai the day of – or the day before the Grand Awards Ceremony.
Individual Review
Once interviews have been transcribed, our judging panel of five industry leaders will independently review and score each finalist.
Each judge allocates six points per category across the shortlisted candidates, supporting a thoughtful, fair and balanced evaluation process.
Final Deliberations
Ahead of the Grand Awards Ceremony, the judging panel will reconvene to determine this year’s winners.
The winners in every category will be revealed live at the Stelliers Greater China 2026 Grand Awards Ceremony at the MGM Shanghai West Bund on December 11, 2026.

In the weeks ahead, we will introduce some of this year’s finalists through exclusive interviews and spotlight features, sharing the people and perspectives behind their nominations.
From the moments that shaped their careers to the ideas guiding their teams, these stories will offer a closer look at the hospitality professionals helping move the industry forward.
