What’s Next for the Stelliers Greater China 2025 Finalists
Now that the Stelliers Greater China 2025 Finalists have been announced, the next chapter begins.
So, what comes next for our finalists?
Finalists Interviews
In the coming days, the Stelliers team will be in touch to schedule a 20-minute video interview. These interviews are your chance to bring your story to life — highlighting your achievements, values, and leadership approach in your own words.
Interviews will be conducted in English and Mandarin.
They will be recorded and transcribed for the judges to review.
General Manager fianlists and Corporate Hotelier finalists will be interviewed in person by the full judging panel on-site, in Macau, either on the day or one day prior to the Grand Awards Ceremony.
Individual Judging
Once interviews are transcribed, our panel of five industry experts will individually review and assign scores to each finalist.
Each judge has six points per category to distribute amongst the shortlisted candidates — ensuring a fair and balanced evaluation.
Final Deliberations
Ahead of the Grand Awards Ceremony in Macau this December, judges will meet once more to make the final decision on category winners.
All winners will be announced live during the Grand Awards Ceremony at the Grand Lisboa, Macau on December 12, 2025.
