Stelliers 2022 – Finalists’ Next Steps!
On August 26, we announced our amazing line-up of 116 hoteliers who have shown incredible talent and resilience in the past year.

Want to know what comes next? Here are the next steps our finalists and expert panel of judges will need to take ahead of our Grand Awards Ceremony, where we will reveal the winners of each category for Stelliers 2022.
Phone Interviews
After the finalist announcement, the Stelliers team will contact the finalists to arrange their 20-minute phone interview – which can be done in English or Chinese.
The interviews are conducted and recorded by the Stelliers team.
Individual Judging
The phone interviews are shared with the judges for final consideration. Each judge has six points to attribute among the finalists for each category.
Second Judges Meeting
Prior to the Grand Awards Ceremony, judges will convene again to determine the winner of each category. Winners will then be announced during the Grand Awards Ceremony.
General Manager / Corporate Hotelier / Corporate Owner – Interviews
General Manager, Corporate Hotelier and Corporate Owner finalists will participate in their own individual in-person interview with the full judging panel. The interviews will take place the day before the Grand Awards Ceremony.
