Since joining the launch team of Condé Nast Traveler (CNT) in 2012, Mr. Shawn Ong quickly proved himself to be a standout Editor in Chief, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and spearheading the successful content integration for CNT China across all platforms. With insightful knowledge of the travel industry and exceptional content creation abilities, Shawn is a valuable asset to CNT, which is highly regarded in the luxury travel industry.

With over 20 years of experience as a media professional and content producer for global enterprises, Shawn brings a wealth of knowledge with regards to accelerating brand awareness. He is passionate about industry sustainability and, as such, has made significant contributions to promoting sustainable travel.

As the Editor in Chief of CNT China, Shawn led the launch of the #I’min, a project and social media campaign that promoted responsible travel. He collaborated with celebrities, industry authorities, and KOLs to promote the message and make a real impact. Since its launch, the project has expanded to focus on culture, art, animal protection, environmental protection, and industry development. Through this, he hopes to continue to promote sustainable travel from a wider perspective and encourage further sustainable developments in the tourism and lifestyle industries.
