With over three decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Sarah started her hotel career with a strong focus in sales and marketing, rising through the ranks to hold senior executive roles. Her passion lies in brand positioning, marketing strategy, and building strategic partnerships and alliances – areas she continues to dedicate herself to today as a freelance consultant on hospitality and retail-related projects.

From 2004 to 2020, Sarah served as Vice President and then Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing with Shangri-La Hotels and MGM Hospitality. During this time, she worked alongside talented teams to drive remarkable business growth and visibility.

Like many veterans of the industry, Sarah reflects fondly on her time in hospitality – especially the people she has worked with and mentored. For her, the most meaningful reward has been seeing her team members grow into respected senior leaders.

Now taking a step back from the fast lane, Sarah is committed to giving back to the industry by sharing her knowledge, experience, and network with the next generation of hoteliers.
