Currently serving as Vice President of American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) and General Manager of CITS – American Express Global Business Travel (CITS – Amex GBT), Kevin has overseen the strategic planning and implementation of CITS – Amex GBT since 2016, serving on the Board of Directors.
Amex GBT is a leading software and services company for travel, expense, and meetings & events, having built the most valuable marketplace in travel with the most comprehensive and competitive content, with operational support from travel professionals and business partners in more than 140 countries and upon over a century of business travel service expertise to fulfil its dual commitment to caring for business travellers and helping companies grow their businesses.
With nearly 30 years of senior financial and executive management experience in both China and the U.S., Kevin has held leadership roles in the healthcare, advanced manufacturing, and education sectors. He brings exceptional cross-domain strategic vision and operational expertise, particularly excelling at translating financial insights into competitive advantages. In addition to this, Kevin also worked on the continuous iteration and upgrade of CITS – Amex GBT hotel products, responsible for the overall strategic direction of hotel products and completing the planning of the business travel hotel platform across three dimensions: resource coverage, price, and user reservation experience. Following this, Kevin also worked with the technical and procurement team to create CITS – Amex GBT hotel products that could be delivered to business customers.
Kevin leverages his cross-industry strategic vision and 15 years of rich management experience in the business travel sector to maintain long-term, in-depth collaborations with numerous renowned hotel groups, continually offering unique insights.
Since 2021, Kevin has also served as a judge for the Stelliers Greater China awards, pouring his comprehensive industry insights into the hospitality industry for 6 consecutive years.
