Rutger Verschuren has spent 15 incredible years in Macau – of which 10 years has been as the General Manager of Artyzen Grand Lapa Macau – but his career journey began much earlier, starting with management training at the Oriental Hotel in Bangkok. After years of globetrotting, including a life-changing one-way ticket to Asia as well as time spent in Africa, Rutger has found his home in the vibrant hospitality scene of Macau.
