Christophe is a regular Stelliers collaborator and is the Group Values Ambassador at EHL Hospitality Business School (World’s #1 University for Hospitality and Leisure Management by QS World University Rankings in 2019, 2020 2021 & 2022). He oversees the implementation and application of the values – namely excellence, family, respect, learning and innovation – on the Lausanne, Singapore, and Passugg Campuses.
Before joining the EHL Hospitality Business School, Christophe Laurent had operational and managerial responsibilities in top restaurants and hotels in the UK. In 1991, he was awarded the title of MOGB (Meilleur Ouvrier de Grande Bretagne) Arts de la Table by the French Academy of Culinary Arts.
Christophe’s domains of expertise are professional and business values appreciation and implementation, multicultural customer care management, international business and cultural etiquette, gastronomy arts and culture, as well as many food and beverage-related topics.
