Hospitality is shaped by people.
It is shaped by the knowledge they gain, the standards they uphold, the challenges they overcome and the care they show to guests and colleagues every day.
Yet many of the most valuable conversations within the industry still happen within individual hotels, personal networks, WhatsApp groups or occasional meetings. Opportunities to connect with peers beyond those immediate circles can be limited.
Maison Stelliers has been created to give those conversations a home.
It is a community where hospitality professionals can meet peers who understand their work, exchange experiences across properties and markets, and build relationships that can support them throughout their careers.

Members can join conversations with people working in similar roles, discover perspectives from other parts of the industry and learn from the experiences of hoteliers beyond their own hotels.
