The inspiration for Maison Stelliers came from a desire to extend that sense of community beyond one evening.

We wanted to create a place where hoteliers could continue the conversations they started at Stelliers, reconnect with people they had met and form new relationships throughout the year.

A place where someone could ask a question and hear from a hotelier in another property or market.

A place where experience could be shared between established leaders and those taking their first steps in the industry.

A place where achievements could be celebrated, challenges discussed honestly and encouragement offered when it is needed.

Most importantly, we wanted it to feel like a community shaped by hoteliers themselves.

Hospitality careers can take many different paths.

People move between departments, hotels, brands, cities and countries. Their responsibilities change, their networks evolve and new challenges emerge at every stage.

Maison Stelliers provides a point of connection throughout that journey.
