Applications Closed! Here’s What Comes Next
Applications for Stelliers Asia 2026 are now officially closed, marking the end of another inspiring nomination period filled with outstanding stories, achievements, and talent from across the region’s hospitality community.
With submissions now in, the journey continues as we move into the next stage — the judging process. Our distinguished panel of industry leaders will carefully review each entry, evaluating nominees on leadership, innovation, impact, and dedication to excellence, as we begin the important task of identifying this year’s finalists.
A Panel of Industry Experts
Our judging panel is composed of five experts, who between them, hold a plethora of industry-specific skills and knowledge. The selection process of the judging panel is rigorous to ensure the right balance of experience, objectivity and knowledge.

The Judging Stages
Vetting: Once applications have been submitted, they will be screened to ensure that they fulfill the eligibility criteria. We will inform you if the application is not eligible or if the category changes.
Individual Judging: Judges independently review applications and select their top five candidates (eight for General Manager).
First Judge Meeting: Prior to the Finalists Announcement, the judges will converge, deliberate, and defend on behalf of their top candidates. Together, they will come to a consensus on the top finalists for each category.
Finalists Announcement: Once the judges have agreed upon the top five finalists per category, the Stelliers team and judging panel will convene online to announce the results in a live broadcast.
Interviews: After the Finalists Announcement, the Stelliers team will contact the finalists to arrange their 20-minute video interview. Once the phone interviews have been transcribed by the Stelliers team, they are shared with the judges for final consideration.
General Manager & Corporate Interviews: General Manager finalists will participate in their interviews in-person with the full judging panel. The interviews will take place on the day prior to the Awards Ceremony.
Final Judging: Judges reconvene to determine winners. Each judge has six points to attribute amongst the finalists for each category to determine the winner. Winner will be announced during the Grand Awards Ceremony.
