NORDAQ Hosts Intimate Hotelier Dinner at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

In hospitality, the most memorable experiences often come from the details. NORDAQ and Stelliers recently hosted an intimate dinner at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, bringing together both corporate leaders and general managers for an evening of conversation, good food, and a closer look at how water is evolving within the hospitality experience.

The dinner was held at Cherry Garden by Chef Fei, where guests were treated to a dinner service led by the Michelin-starred chef himself. Johanna Mattsson, CEO of NORDAQ, travelled from Sweden for the occasion, sharing the company’s vision with everyone firsthand.

As part of the evening’s highlights, guests were then guided through an interactive blind water tasting, sampling NORDAQ water followed by a sip of Champagne (or a serving of oysters for those not drinking) and comparing the same Champagne alongside another type of water. The experience highlighted NORDAQ’s clean, neutral profile and how it complements a variety of flavour profiles, underscoring the important role water plays in the overall dining experience.
