Congratulations to all the finalists for Stelliers Asia 2026!

This year, we received an exceptional number of applications from across the region - each one showcasing the skill, dedication, and vision that define hospitality in Asia. To be recognised among such strong candidates is a meaningful achievement, and we are grateful to learn more about their path.

Here’s what happens in the next stage:

Finalists Interviews

Over the coming days, the Stelliers team will reach out to arrange a 20-minute virtual interview.

This is the finalists’ moment to share their story in more depth - to highlight their accomplishments, their values, and how they lead.

• Interviews will be held mainly in English.

• Translation support during the interview is allowed.

• Sessions will be recorded and transcribed for the judges’ review.

General Manager finalists will join face-to-face interviews with the full judging panel in Bangkok, on the day of the Grand Awards Ceremony.

Judges’ Individual Review

Once interviews are transcribed, our panel of five industry leaders will review each finalist and assign scores independently.

Each judge distributes six points per category across the shortlisted candidates - ensuring a fair and considered evaluation.

Final Judging Decisions
