Stelliers and NORDAQ Unite Hospitality Leaders for Elegant Dinner at City of Dreams Macau
On 2 June 2026, Stelliers, in partnership with NORDAQ, hosted an intimate Hotel Leadership Dinner at City of Dreams Macau, bringing together hospitality leaders for an evening defined by meaningful exchange, exceptional cuisine, and warm conversation.
The evening began with a cocktail reception at Lan Bar, located within Nüwa at City of Dreams Macau, before guests were welcomed to The Tasting Room for a specially curated dining experience.

The dinner opened with remarks from Stéphane de Montgros, Co-Founder of Stelliers, who welcomed guests and introduced the evening’s collaboration with NORDAQ.
He then invited Johanna Mattsson, Chief Executive Officer of NORDAQ, to share the company’s story and vision, along with its commitment to sustainability and premium water solutions. Johanna also led guests through an engaging water tasting experience, inviting them to explore the subtle distinctions between water profiles and their influence on the guest experience.

The culinary experience was thoughtfully curated by the team at Melco Resorts & Entertainment, featuring a collaborative menu that showcased the talents of three acclaimed chefs. Guests enjoyed creations by Chef Tolga of The Tasting Room, Chef Angelo of Yi, and Chef Safa of L’Attitude, while dessert, prepared by Christophe Duvernois, Executive Pastry Chef, provided a refined finish to the evening.
