What Happens Next?
After the Finalist Announcement, the Stelliers team will contact the finalists to arrange their 20-minute phone interview.
The interviews are conducted, recorded and transcribed by the Stelliers team. Once the interviews have been transcribed, they are shared with the judges for final consideration. Each judge has six points to attribute amongst the finalists for each category.
For the General Manager category, these interviews will be conducted face-to-face with the judges the day before the Grand Awards Ceremony.
