Man Ng, an experienced tailor at W Macau – Studio City, brings nearly 40 years of expertise to her role. Since joining the pre-opening team in June 2023, Man has dedicated herself to maintaining and repairing the hotel’s uniforms, ensuring they reflect W Macau’s commitment to excellence. Her role is not only technical but also integral to the hotel’s image, as she helps her colleagues understand the importance of their uniforms as the hotel’s first impression.

Known for her proactive approach, she connects with colleagues daily, educating them on uniform care and durability, which fosters team spirit and respect within the department. Her passion, resilience, and commitment were crucial during the pre-opening phase, where she worked tirelessly with the Style team to perfect over 1,000 uniforms.
