Who Can Apply?
The awards are open to any hotelier currently working in the hotel industry in Greater China (this includes Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan).
Participants must have held their position for a minimum of 9 months before the application deadline.
If you are re-entering the competition, please refrain from submitting identical materials from previous years. The achievements and supplements shared should reflect the past 12 months from the date of submission.

When Do Stelliers Greater China Applications Close?
Applications close June 14th, 2024.
What Period of Time Should the Applications Cover?
The work and achievements outlined in the application should be in reference to the accomplishments achieved in the past year.
How Do I Fill Out The Applications Form?
Please follow the instructions provided on the application form.
Please note, the application must be approved by the property General Manager, with the General Manager’s contact information provided in the application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
I want to nominate some of my team members / colleagues, how many can I nominate?
As many as you like! Each property can nominate as many candidates as it wants, 100% free of charge.
Are There Any Application Fees?
Applying for Stelliers is 100% free of charge. No fees or vouchers are required to apply or be considered for a Stelliers Award.

Is There a Ticket Fee for the Awards Ceremony?
If you are a finalist and want to attend the Awards Ceremony, tickets are available for purchase on the official website. For finalists and their friends, family or colleagues, the ticket cost is 1,888 RMB per person.
Attendance at the awards ceremony is not mandatory. If the winner does not attend the ceremony, the trophy will be sent to the winner’s property.
What Happens After I Submit an Application?
Upon successful application, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. If you do not get redirected, please submit your application again, or contact us at information@thestelliers.com.
Once your application has been received, it will be screened to ensure that it fulfils all eligbility criteria. We will inform you if the application is not eligible or if the category changes.
Vetted applications are shared with the judges, they will individually review the applications for each award category, then select their top five candidates.
Prior to the Finalist Announcement, the judges will converge, deliberate and defend on behalf of their top five candidates. Together, they will come to a consensus on the top five finalists for each category.
Once the final decision has been made, the shortlist will be announced during the Finalist Announcement.

Who Will Be Judging Applications?
Our judging panel is composed of five experts who, between them, hold a plethora of industry-specific skills and knowledge. The selection process of the judging panel is rigorous to ensure the right balance of experience, objectivity, and knowledge.
