Christophe Laurent – Stelliers Judge and EHL Group Values Ambassador

Swiss-based Christophe Laurent will once again be joining us on the judging panel for Stelliers 2021. Christophe is a regular Stelliers collaborator and is the Group Values Ambassador at Ecôle hôtelière de Lausanne. He oversees the implementation and application of the values on the Lausanne, Singapore, and Passugg Campuses. Before joining EHL Group, Christophe Laurent had operational and managerial responsibilities in top restaurants and hotels in the UK. In 1991, he was awarded the title of MOGB (Meilleur Ouvrier de Grande Bretagne) Arts de la Table by the French Academy of Culinary Arts.

Christophe’s domains of expertise are Professional and Business Values appreciation and implementation, multicultural customer care management, international business and cultural etiquette, Gastronomy Arts and culture, as well as many food and beverage related topics. We are proud to welcome Christophe, and his unique specialist knowledge, back to the panel for 2021 and look forward to his valuable input.
