In May 2025, Stelliers Co-Founder Stephane de Montgros had the pleasure of attending the inaugural edition of The Boutique Hotel Series – The Summit, held at the elegant Sukhothai Bangkok.
Launched as a new concept event tailored exclusively for boutique hotel owners, operators, investors, developers, and consultants, The Boutique Hotel Series offers something rare in today’s industry landscape: a dedicated space for independent voices in luxury boutique hospitality to connect, collaborate, thrive, and drive the industry forward through authentic connection.
Founded by two visionary leaders – Betsy Sweat, an APAC-based business development powerhouse with decades of experience connecting people across the region, and Julie Ockerby, an award-winning Australian interior designer with a unique background in nursing, business, and hospitality branding – The Boutique Hotel Series champions the idea that boutique excellence begins with people, not just properties.
