Meet Regan Taikitsadaporn | Stelliers Asia 2026 Judge!

Regan Taikitsadaporn is Founder & Managing Director of Prokopi Consulting, advising companies in the hospitality and service industry on executive coaching, organisational transformation, and talent strategy.

With over 30 years in hospitality – including 25 years at Marriott International, where he served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Asia Pacific – he has led organisations through growth, integration, and transformation. Passionate about the industry, Regan believes it is people who elevate hotels from good to exceptional. His leadership helped Marriott earn multiple “Best Employer” awards across Asia Pacific, and he continues to champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion while mentoring future leaders.

A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Regan was Global President of the Cornell Hotel Society, the school’s alumni organisation in 2012 and served on the Dean’s Advisory Board from 2013-2016.

Today, through Prokopi Consulting, Regan aims to partner with executives and organisations to unlock potential, foster innovation, and build legacies that define the future of hospitality.

This year, Regan is set to bring his deep industry perspective and people-first leadership philosophy to Stelliers as a new judge, contributing invaluable insight to the recognition of hospitality’s most outstanding leaders.
