Jean-Pierre believes that while fear may produce short-term results, it cannot build a strong culture or inspire lasting success. When people feel trusted, respected, and valued, they become more engaged, innovative, and accountable.

For Jean-Pierre, leadership is not about holding the highest position or being the busiest person in the room. It is about understanding who needs you most and finding a way to be useful.
