Meet Nuwan Rathnayaka, General Manager at Eskala Hotels & Resorts in Myanmar.

Nuwan’s journey with Eskala began over a decade ago, from the hotel’s pre-opening phase to its current success. With 17 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Nuwan has held top-level management roles across international hotel chains in Myanmar and Sri Lanka.

As the Head of Hospitality at Shwe Taung Real Estate, Nuwan provides strategic direction and operational support to hotels across Myanmar, through which has led Eskala Resorts & Hotels to achieve significant milestones and accolades.
