Libor’s career began in China, where he took on the role of managing the Food and Beverage department for IHG hotels. His expertise and commitment led him to Vietnam, where he played a pivotal role in the successful renovation of the Sheraton Saigon Hotel & Towers as the Executive Assistant Manager. Following the merger of Starwood and Marriott, Libor's talents were further recognised, resulting in his appointment as the Resident Manager at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa, where he served for five years before then moving on to his current tenure at the Sheraton Nha Trang Hotel & Spa.
